Rates & How We Work

Printed rates, no surprises. The numbers below are what we actually charge — no “call for a quote.”

Our rates

Standard commercial labor — $95/hour

This is our base rate. Everything else is just a different way to buy it.

Scheduled punchlist visit — $190 minimum

For account clients. Keep a list of everything that breaks or bugs you — we come on a scheduled visit and

work through the whole list in one trip. Two-hour minimum.

Half-day punchlist block — $340 (up to 4 hours)

Same thing, but you book us for up to 4 hours. That is $85/hour instead of $95 — batching the list saves you

money.

Full-day punchlist block — $640 (up to 8 hours)

The best value. A full day booked works out to $80/hour.

Welding repairs

During a scheduled visit — $110/hour, no call-out fee

If there is welding on your punchlist while we are already in your building — gate hinge, bracket, fence, cart

— we do it right there. You only pay the welding time, no extra trip charge.

Standalone mobile welding call — $175 minimum

When welding is the whole reason for the trip. Covers the trip and the first hour, then $110/hour after that.

Materials — cost + 20%. You pay what we pay, plus twenty percent for the run.

Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. Saturdays & Sundays by appointment for account clients.
